PT Modernland Realty Tbk. has received a prestigious recognition at the TOP CSR Awards 2025 for its success in implementing impactful and sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. In this annual event organized by an independent assessment institution, Modernland Realty was recognized for successfully integrating CSR practices into its long-term, consistent business strategy.

In addition to the institutional award, appreciation was also extended to the President Commissioner of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., Dharma Mitra, who was named a visionary leader in CSR implementation. This individual award was presented in recognition of his strategic leadership and active role in driving the company’s transformation towards inclusive and socially responsible business practices.

The TOP CSR Awards 2025 were officially announced after the judging panel completed a comprehensive assessment process, including interview sessions. Both PT Modernland Realty Tbk. and its President Commissioner, Dharma Mitra, received their awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2025 main event, held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Dian Ballroom, Raffles Hotel, Ciputra World, South Jakarta.

Carrying the theme “CSR for Sustainable Business Growth and Asta Cita Government Programs,” the event was attended by more than 600 participants from various sectors, including company executives, CSR/TJSL teams, and key stakeholders. The event featured a keynote speech by the Indonesian Minister of Environment, Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, emphasizing the crucial role of the private sector in supporting national development and sustainability agendas.

Through various initiatives—such as integrated area development, environmental conservation, and community empowerment programs—Modernland Realty has demonstrated a tangible contribution aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
